This is how you use the service
Don’t let small problems turn into something bigger. This is how you use the service:
- Call 0771-65 50 50 and enter your personal identification number.
- The system detects if you are connected to the support line and sends an SMS.
- Click on the link in the SMS. Log in with BankID and choose what you need help with.
- Depending on your needs, you will then be contacted by a lawyer, economist, psychologist, physiotherapist or occupational therapist.
If the expert assesses that you need more conversations you can book one or two follow-up conversations. The conversations are advisory and focus on solutions. If you need further help, for example to draw up a legal document or begin a course of treatment, the expert will give you further guidance.
This is the help you can get
- Advice and guidance We can help you get to grips and deal with problems and concerns to do with relationships, parenthood, stress, substance abuse, a personal crisis or grief, among other things.
- Law and finances We can give you advice about legal and financial questions, for example if you and your partner are planning to set up home together, or in the event of divorce, death or debt.
- Health and exercise We can give you support and help in questions that affect your health, such as advice about your physical activity. You can also talk about questions to do with illness and rehabilitation.
